I really overdid it last night, and this morning I was back at 161 lbs. I really hate the way I gain incredible amounts of weight over the course of a day. Fluctuating a pound or two wouldn’t bother me so much, but 4 lbs? I know damn well I didn’t eat anywhere close to that weight in food, and my caloric intake was high, but it was certainly under 14,000 calories (4 lbs’ worth of body fat). It’s probably mostly water weight, but it’s DEFINITELY highly irritating. So today, of course, I’m making up for last night’s fun with exercise, no yummy treats, no alcohol, lots of water, and an early bedtime.
