And I really haven’t improved that much. However, from this point forward I’m going to be trying a hell of a lot harder than I’ve been doing in the last month or so.
Today’s Weight: 160.4
Exercise: EDGE Training (group training session) for an hour this morning, then half of a cardio salsa video at lunch, and maybe spin class tonight depending on how work is going by the time class rolls around.
Food: Cereal & almond milk for breakfast, yogurt & honey mid-morning, a Tofurkey sandwich & tomato soup for lunch, and not sure about dinner but thinking maybe flounder & bok choy for dinner.
Back to work – sorry things are so short lately, but working at home takes up a lot more of my time than working at work did (weird, right?)
