The official verdict is in – GNC Total Lean Shakes work, especially when combined with the Weight Watchers PointsPlus program. Even though I’ve been slacking off since I finished the 7 Day Fast Loss Kit, have not exercised, and have eaten pretty much what I wanted (within reason), I’ve tried to stick to replacing at least one meal a day with a shake, and for the last couple of days I’ve replaced two meals with a shake. I could probably be seeing much more drastic results if I just got my butt off of the couch once in awhile, but even so, I’m still seeing changes. Since Mardi Gras I’ve lost 8.2 lbs, an inch off of my waist and hips, and an inch and a half off of my thighs. In the interest of remaining true to my reporting goal while avoiding boring the ever-loving shit out of you, here’s a snapshot of my Weight Watchers chart.
